DBA CCM Pays (“We”, “Our”), and in connection with any personal information which you provide to us, we are committed to respecting your privacy rights.  Our Privacy Policy provides you with information about how we may collect, use, share and store information about you and the choices available to you.

By visiting our website and registering with us, you agree that we may use such information to communicate with you, send you our newsletters, and share your name any reviews which you provide us with the public and for marketing purposes.  By registering on our website, we collect certain information about you when you register with us or visit our website, CCMPays.com, including:

information about the computers and devices you use to access the CCM Program;

However, if you click on any advertising on our website, third party advertisers may be able to track your activity, including your IP address, and such ads may appear on other third party websites after you have clicked on such advertising on our website.  We are not liable for any information which you share with any third party advertisers or for their activities. In addition, we do not endorse and cannot vouch for any services or products provided by third party advertisers on our website or in connection with the CCM Program. You may unsubscribe to our newsletter or contact us directly if you do not wish to receive any further communications from us.  

Other Information

We use reasonable security measures to protect the information you provide us.  However, you are solely responsible for protecting your login information and password.  No children under 18 years of age are permitted to register on our website, and you agree that you will not any time provide us with any information which is protected by HIPAA or with highly sensitive personally identifiable information such as social security numbers.  

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can comply at all times with our updates to our Privacy Policy by reviewing our website. Your continued use of the CCM Program constitutes your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

You understand and agree that by visiting, registering or using our website, you consent to the processing of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.  Because our Privacy Policy is subject to change, we recommend that you review the Privacy Policy periodically. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. If you disagree with any portion of this Privacy Policy, now or as amended by us, your only option is to not use our websites, online content or other services in connection with the CCM Program.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information which you send to us by mail or which you may provide over the phone.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In order to access the CCM Program and related content online, you are required to register an account.  If you decide not to register, you may not have access to the CCM Program.

During registration we may collect your name, address, username, password, and email address. You may also provide us with information when you post a message on our website or sign up to receive communications from us; participate in surveys or when we request your feedback; or, to contact us with a question, comment, or request. The information that you may provide us may includes but is not limited to:

When you make a payment in connection the CCM Program, we do not collect any of your financial information.  All credit or debit card information or financial details are collected by a third party processor. We make no warranties or representations whether such third party financial sites are secure or how such third party sites collect or share your information.  You agree to release us from the acts or omissions of any third party payment processors on our website. Please refer to their privacy policies to more fully understand how your information is collected and shared.

If you refer someone you know to the CCM Program, we will not share that individual’s contact information with third party advertisers except as otherwise described herein.  

Passive data collection:  Like most companies that provide online services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information from your computer, tablet or mobile device when you use our services or interact with us. The information we may collect includes:

Device type

Device manufacturer

Device identifier

Content viewed on our website or in connection with the CCM Program

Pages viewed immediately before and after you access our websites

Location Information – – Our mobile applications may collect precise information about the location of your mobile device via your device’s GPS or cellular connectivity, but only with your express consent. Once you have consented to the collection of such precise location information via your mobile device, you may adjust this consent by managing your Location Services preferences through the settings of your mobile device. We may also be able to infer your location from other information that you provide or information that we collect passively, such as the known locations of nearby WiFi networks.

We may use the information we collect for a number of purposes, including, but not limited to:

providing you with and communicating with you about the CCM Program, our services, or information you request or purchase;

providing you with our newsletter, information and important updates about your account or the CCM Program;

USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

These technologies help us remember you when you visit our website or view the CCM Program content, about how you and others use the services, and learn about the devices you use to access the services.

Even after your account is cancelled, we may retain your information for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

While we strive to maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, no information system can be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Moreover, we cannot be responsible for information that you transmit over networks that we do not control or information that you choose to publicly disclose.

DEFINITION OF CERTAIN TERMS

IP Address- the identifier assigned to facilitate communications over the Internet. Depending on how you connect to the Internet, your IP address may always be the same, or it may change each time you access the Internet. An IP address alone does not disclose your name, email address, or home or work address.

Service Providers- unaffiliated companies that perform services on our behalf, such as processing payments, data processing, or communications.
